I am a licensed and insured massage therapist/bodyworker in the state of Colorado. I currently live in the beautiful city of Colorado Springs where I graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy with 850 hours of training and Neuromuscular Certification (IANMT). I am incredibly passionate about creating mind and body balance through therapeutic massage. I specialize in trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage, but my skills and techinques can be varied for most types of massage designed to meet the individual needs of my clients.
